Policies for Old Church |
| Reservations: A $400 deposit is due upon making the reservation. If you cancel your reservation at least 6 months prior to your check-in date, you will only be charged a $200 cancellation fee. |
| Payment: One-half of the balance for the reservation is due 180 days (6 months) prior to check-in. All final payments are due no less than sixty (60) days prior to check-in. We accept most major credit cards, money orders or personal checks. |
| Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you stay beyond the check-out time, you will be charged an extra $100. It is important that you leave on time because we often only have a 4 hour period to get the building ready for our next guests. |
Telephone: There is a land-line telephone; however, all long distance calls must be charged to a credit card or a phone card. If not, long distance charges will be charged to the credit card on file. |
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the Old Church. They are allowed outside, but owners must clean up after pet, which includes all waste material. Should you be found in violation of this, it will terminate the agreement and you can be immediately evicted. Your credit card will also be charged an additional cleaning fee of at least $100. |
| Non-Smoking Premise: This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Failure to comply will cause additional charges to your credit card. |
